Registration of ECUST International Students for 2017 Fall Semester

All students must register on-site for fall semester starting from Sept.
Note: If you haven’t applied yet, please log in our online application system and apply first http://apply.ecust.edu.cn. Welcome to visit our college website for more information .
New students are advised to come no earlier than three days in advance. If you cannot make it on time, please send email to the College of International Education (cie@ecust.edu.cn). If you do not arrive two weeks after registration, you will not be admitted.
Accommodation Registration
According to Rules for the Implementation of the Chinese Law on Control of the Entry and Exit of Foreigners, International students must register at the local police station within 24 hours after their arrival. If you stay on campus, you need to get a Registration Form for Temporary Residence at Finance Office of CIE (Room 107, Chenyuan building). Failing to register at the local police station will result in a warning fine up to 500RMB.
On-site Registration
Venue: Room 104, Chenyuan building, Admission Office
Time: New students: 8th of Sept.,8:30 -11:00, 13:30 -16:00
Current students: 9th of Sept.,8:30 -11:00, 13:30 -16:00
Necessary Documents for Registration
All students have to register on the designated day of registration.
Students must bring the following documents for on-site registration.
New Students:
1.Valid passport and visa (original and copy)
2.The Admission Notice in Chinese and English (original)
3.The Visa Application for Study in China form (also known as the JW201/JW202 form) (original)
4.Tuition, accommodation fee and insurance fee,etc.
5.Two 2-inch ID pictures
6.Physical examination record and blood test report issued within 6 months.(For X1 visa holders, please provide the original copy)
For Current Students:
1.Valid passport and visa (original)
2.Tuition, accommodation fee and insurance fee,etc.
